They don't have any respect towards their employees... They can kick anyone out at any moment... There is no holidays for whole year except Sundays... Understandable... But they don't even gives u leave while even someone need emergency leave... Managers don't know how to manage any issues... And they tell you to go and talk about any issues to the boss directly... I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
