I liked the work I was doing. The new and work innovations were desired and I got do creative work. I get to meet ambitious and wonderful people who made records. Little kids, young and old, they are all an inspiration.

Dislikes

There is a lack of organisational structure, values or system. The work culture is pathetic. The management has no ethics. They work as they feel like and since there is no system, so there is absence of any performance parameters. So, in such a case, the management seems to run in the whims and fancies of the owners of the company. Money deducted from Employee salaries seems the main component of saving for the company. You can extend to complete your work without OT or any benefits and should be approachable for work and should show accountability of work even beyond required hours without any extra compensation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Work Details

Work policy: It was agreed to work from office and from home however I had to extend as per the requirement with minimal support for transportation or other affected variables.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
