As organization struggling for growth and enlargement hence trying to pay a deep attention to keep the bussiness and market relation healthy and transparent .So that they are trying to fulfill all commitment what they made with clients.they are committed about quality and timing.

Dislikes

Management don't follow the protocol (staff management is very poor ,how every staff could be an incharge if it will happen reporting system will be collapsed,there must me a skilled , sound and technical person as maneger who is to be authorized to take decision on the base of his merrit and communication)

Work Details

I am working here as site incharge , involved in purchase, execution,factory management, Billing etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
