IMTS is one of the worst Company I have ever worked with, on paper they say 5 day working and 9.30 to 6.30 timings but the truth is they will make you work 24x7 even on weekends also. They deduct TDS from salaries but it is not paid to respective government agencies and you have to send multiple reminders to them but all in vain. They simply follow hire and fire policy, new joinees are given any random project without any support or guidance and if you are not able to perform then they will fire you citing performance issues. My personal suggestion to anyone intending to work with IMTS is please look for better opportunities and don't destroy your career here....Read More
