Its a family run business, if at all you have any suggestion / +ve doings in controversy to their family members you will be sacked in max 2 weeks. You will not have any growth on career & salary. First of all its not a creative agency, its more like a Student xerox kind of DTP work centre having INS to release New Ads. No compensation, nothing, if at all you want to put your own effort and sit day and night to complete any project the company does not want to know why, what you have done to the company's growth and what madeyou come by 10 am instead of being at office by 9.30 am you will be screwed.
