I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Its an amazing experience working in imperial, team mates were very supportivw, senior are very friendly, and helps to grow as indivdual as personally and professionally too. Right from CEO and Directors of company to my fellow mates are supportive and friendly ,I loved working in Imperial overseas education.😊😇.
