The only good thing is that it’s a work from home

Dislikes

Very bad salary and benefits. They hold your salary for 10 days and then pay you in halves and every month they come up with an excuse to delay the salary while they expect you to work 7 days straight without a week off or leave. The administration’s behaviour is very rude and it’s complete barbarism here.

The management is very poor. There is 0% job security you can be fired anytime without a prior notice on the silliest reasons. The work culture is very toxic and the management is misogynistic. You are strictly restricted from talking to your colleagues even after work hours. The act like toxic in laws as there is 0 professionalism. They don't even pay you on time.
