Colleagues are very friendly

There is no protocol of anything always goes against terms and conditions of IT industry. Very poor management. There is no HR. There is no single benefit of anything. They dont not allow to take holiday on government holdiay which are mandatory. They are biggest lier on everything they change their words once their need is fulfilled.
