The company is good for ITes work. Work culture is good. Salary is getting paid time to time. There is no delay of giving the salary. Sometime, it is being paid one day before if there is Holiday on the Salary paying date.

Currently Job Security is the main concerned because many employees don't feel that their job is secured from 2023. The salary increment percentage is getting reduced. Specially those who are in Technician level or Agent level their growth of salary is not growing at the level of the market cost.

Company Culture. Flexible shifts. Night allowance. No night shift for female employees. 50-50 Workforce. (Male 50% Female 50% ).

Low Salary. Even they hire with 8K/Month. Salary of internally promoted employees are very low. No fixed salary structure. Some old employee gets salary restructure if they have good relationship with manager.

We are not satisfied with salary and promotions and appraisal. Mangement need to increase basic salary to freshers. After the experience also they raised salary only minimal quantity.

Bench period, most of the projects will be finished in weeks and you'll be back to bench often. You have to take a test and get a project, and go back to bench in 2 to 3 weeks. If you don't get a project for more than 30 days, you won't get paid.

I was working there about 3 years 6 months, evening is ok, imerit's environment is like home

But I work hard always top performer but no one appreciate my work only my team leader knows how much effort I gave to my work, but never received any promotion that time thats the only reason I left

Also given me opportunity to learn and get knowledge regardless to our experience we are been advised to participate in BCP activities which is the most important aspect which no other company does, I would appreciate the managers for making things as such and guiding the team,

Depends on your luck and project if you get a decent manager with some professionalism. Then it goes good. Or else they treat employees like their tuition kids.

Unpaid overtime is casually expected across the company. Most managers and team leads are toxic. Many trainers lack basic human decency and professionalism while interacting, along with some team members. Slow growth. Appraisals are practically non-existent even after years of working. This is one of the worst company let's not talk about the management it's just terrible. Don't ever apply a job here! You'll never grow nor will your salary. I've been With this company for 3.5 years and to be really honest you won't be getting any experience certificate after you leave all you get is a relieved order which is Pathetic. They will never say that when you first join nor will they mention in their so called Offer letter... Stay away from this company. If you know how to butter Someone who's holding the Higher position you'll be promoted quickly but if you don't You'll stay the same.. I've never seen a company that doesn't provide any Travel Allowance Such a shame ofcourse they will Provide office cabs but you would have to walk a mile to reach your nodal point.
