The overall company is very good interms of the timeliness of paying salaries and bonuses.

The list is very long! The people there are very selfish does not care about anyones feelings or does not understand what is work life balance and what is its importance. People here are just focused on buttering managers and directors for good appraisals people doing so have 0 skill and 0 communication skill. People who are good at work they usually leave the organization because of the poor management. And HR has not any say for this company what ever the manager decides that is final for the HR. Appraisals are very very poor people perofrming and giving there 100% they get less appraisals because they know how to stand for themselves if they disagree on any point with the manager then the person is on the bad books of everyone....Read More
