The company is good for ITes work. Work culture is good. Salary is getting paid time to time. There is no delay of giving the salary. Sometime, it is being paid one day before if there is Holiday on the Salary paying date.
Currently Job Security is the main concerned because many employees don't feel that their job is secured from 2023. The salary increment percentage is getting reduced. Specially those who are in Technician level or Agent level their growth of salary is not growing at the level of the market cost.
Work policy: Few employees work from Office and few employess work from Home; it depends on the project to project. Those who are working 9 Hours a day either from Home / Office they get 2 days week off. from office

Unpaid overtime is casually expected across the company. Most managers and team leads are toxic. I've been With this company for 3.5 years and to be really honest you won't be getting any experience certificate after you leave all you get is a relieved order which is Pathetic.
