On time salary and Working from home

No learning at all. Hire any graduate and post graduate and make them a copy paste machine. No training at all. Just start copy paste from day 1. Deliver report in 1 day and one person to complete 10-12 company profiles. Atleast, 1 CP takes 1 hr. So 10-12 at a stretch. Managers are pathetic. Management have some favorites for reasons best known to them only. So, they keep growing up. Bogus data collected from here and there competitor websites, content copied directly from competitor reports directly. Work pressure is terrible. There is good exposure for newcomers in sales. Salaries and incentive are always on time. Not much internal politics, so moral and productivity remain high. I have been working for the company since the past 1.5 years and have so far really enjoyed my tenure. The profile is good, and it provides you with a strong exposure to interact with various C level executives. Support from the SEO Team and the research Team is also good. There aren't sufficient cabins for the sales team members to make calls, and making calls often becomes difficult on your seat due the noise around. Worst company ever, no professionalism. Zero motivation, worst resource allocations. Senior management has closed its door for junior staff. Delay in every project.

Dislikes

Company owner has zero manners, forget about professionalism. Any senior individual get replaced by 2 to 3 interns. Make freshers to sign bond for 1 year, in the name of internship training. No professional training is being done. Zero decipline among senior management staff. Favoritism among senior staff, no growth or knowledge sharing with Junior staff.

My experience at Imarc was okay. The company offer flexible timing and salary are paid on time. There is nothing to learn here. You don’t get to know about any new trends in seo. The work here is only focused on off page seo.
