I started my career at IMARC and have been there for the last 6 years. I have seen the company grow from around 50 people when I joined to over 400 people today. Most of my peers have been with the company since its inception, which speaks a lot about the company's work environment and growth prospects. Dislikes

The company used to go on trips every year. For the ISA team, no major trip outings have happened since 2020. I believe such trips are important to team members bond with each other, particularly if you are working remotely.

There is good exposure for newcomers in sales. Salaries and incentive are always on time. Not much internal politics, so moral and productivity remain high. The company also invests in CRMs and database to increase productivity of the sales and lead generation teams. Senior team members are also approachable. I have been working for the company since the past 1.5 years and have so far really enjoyed my tenure. The profile is good, and it provides you with a strong exposure to interact with various C level executives. Support from the SEO Team and the research Team is also good. The management is also practical while setting the sales targets and KPI's. Employees here are reasonably stable with most of the senior employees having started their careers in the company. The office is really cramped, and the management should seriously think of moving to a bigger and better place. There aren't sufficient cabins for the sales team members to make calls, and making calls often becomes difficult on your seat due the noise around. Unlike their competitors the company is not investing in exhibitions and seminars, they may be losing an opportunity to improve their sales further....Read More

Worst company fir growth and white work life balance with low salary and no care dor employee if you manager is sh****** then your life will be hell. The research department works 24*7 remotely and they can send response at any time so you need to share it even at 3 or 4 so no fixed hours and the manager expects you to revert at thesame time and the manager as usual does no work and you have a lot of pressure so never opt for a job in this company...Read More
