No learning at all. Hire any graduate and post graduate and make them a copy paste machine. No training at all. Just start copy paste from day 1. Deliver report in 1 day and one person to complete 10-12 company profiles. Atleast, 1 CP takes 1 hr. So 10-12 at a stretch. Managers are pathetic. Management have some favorites for reasons best known to them only. So, they keep growing up. Bogus data collected from here and there competitor websites, content copied directly from competitor reports directly. Work pressure is terrible.
