No any reason for like because company owner is too fraud because i work there 2 years and but company not provide me any experience letter or relieving letter and very bad behavior of director of Ilogic network solution pvt ltd.

Dislikes

The director of the company was very rude and had bad behavior, his name was Kamaldeep, I served notice period before joining the company but he did not give me experience letter and there was no document due to which I did not get the next job. The work environment was also very bad. What is the use of writing something that is notprofessionally related but his manager Suraj Singh is too good and helpful for all IT persons and his very supportive and aman is also good....Read More

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
