No any reason for like because company owner is too fraud because i work there 2 years and but company not provide me any experience letter or relieving letter and very bad behavior of director of Ilogic network solution pvt ltd.

Dislikes

The director of the company was very rude and had bad behavior, his name was Kamaldeep, I served notice period before joining the company but he did not give me experience letter and there was no document due to which I did not get the next job. The work environment was also very bad. What is the use of writing something that is not professionally related but his manager Suraj Singh is too good and helpful for all IT persons and his very supportive and aman is also good.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
