Abusive managers, unsympathetic HRs, and useless onsite leads. Avoid Univar Project like the black plague. You will loose your soul in this project. The onsite lead will suck your soul and you will loose interest in growing and will focus only on surviving.

Call center mentality of managers. HRs are not even aware of their own roles and responsibility, They are busy keeping the management happy and least bothered about the employees. Zero job security and you can be fired any time without notice. You need to keep the managers and your leads happy if you want to survive here. Mentally unstable people are made as project leads and team leaders, who learn "how to run a project from YouTube" and try to look cool by talking about technical ideas which they cannot fathom even in their wildest dreams. The RPA domain has an onsite manager who is a "Empty vessel makes the most noise" kind of a guy who acts as if he knows everything in the world. Even if we raise concerns to the HR team, no one bothers to help you. The HR team is only busy planning Friday fun activities. Goonish nature of the onsite managers. Absolute disregard for the mental and emotional health of the employees and the namesake HR team which is just there to plan fun friday activities and take photos for the social media accounts. As a fresher i was expected to work 7 days a week and 16+ hours every single day. No weekends, No public holidays. If you do not comply, they threaten to fire you. The onsite managers insult you on calls and use sarcasm to humiliate you. Disgusting behavior. Increments are a joke. The HR team will not help you, come what may. They are just there for name sake. Most useless team. They are the paid goons for managers to fire employees and they never stand by the side of the employees in any situation. Full of politics, fake promises by HR and they are almost a fictional team. Poor work-life balance, dirty play by (not all) but a few members of the team that affects the overall team's motivation, performance and peace. I have cultivated health issues, personal issues due to office politics.
