It was a good experience in IGT. I like most is the Environment and the Management of IGT. The company terms & policies is also good. Will miss the place and familier behaviour of the Employees. 👍

They had given work from home to us and they managed these all very well but after there some few more things like they make some changes in their policy like in working hours which we are nit aware about that and according to me it's a cheat with us.

I had joined this organisation 1yr before in the starting I have no complaints for this organisation but as the time passed away I started observing things which are absolutely wrong so not corrected yet. About the 2020 we all know how bad it is with everyone this time I am really glad that I joined IGT but there are some things which I dislike about this organisation like in reembusrsement of transportation in WIFI payback these things make me unhappy fir this organisation and one more thing some of the managers do not have sense to speak with agents because they are on higher post and we are in lower post they always support girls not boys they always ignore the mistakes from girls but they take actions against boys only which means managers will partiality here not all managers but some of them do and even HR also....Read More

When I started work with IGT I don't have enough experience of doing work but as I spend time here I got several experience which comes in return of profit for my whole life like firstly I worked on my communication skills, how to tackle situations.
