This is a horrible company. Never think about work here. They are not at all employees centric. Hr terminated me without any notice when I was medically unfit. They do not think about employees at all.

The staff was polite and there was lot to learn. I've learned a lot while working for IGT.

Dislikes

The management didn't care about the employees. No appraisal even after working for around 2 years. We were asked to work for 10 hours a day. No job security. Put 3 men's workload on a single person kept increasing the target whe employees complained about it we were asked to leave the job.

Well..loved every moment of it..If i can get re hired or for that matter get recognition else where...it 'd be a great deal for IGT . Myriad of people from various communities ,cultures,different places .
