If you work in IGT Solutions as a fresher and you have an interest in the travel industry the job might suit you the best, the selection and the interview process is smooth and easy. You will get a great opportunity to learn GDS tools which will help you to grow in the travel industry in future.

Dislikes

The promotion process is slow, if you wish to get promoted you would need to roam around your leaders and managers. The salary hike percentage after getting promoted is really low.

This is a horrible company. Never think about work here. They are not at all employees centric. Hr terminated me without any notice when I was medically unfit. They do not think about employees at all.

The staff was polite and there was lot to learn. I've learned a lot while working for IGT.

Dislikes

The management didn't care about the employees. No appraisal even after working for around 2 years. We were asked to work for 10 hours a day. No job security. Put 3 men's workload on a single person kept increasing the target whe employees complained about it we were asked to leave the job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
