No proper management Biased management One assignment manager named Hema Arora is very cunning and backbitching always about others and Manager Rishish always blindly trust her due to which things are very very political here and They are biased in nature, who say yes to them they will become their favourite, who pays their party bil ls gets promoted for sure. No night shift allowance HR is too slow PLI never comes on time Retention bonus geta hold by management so that employees doesn't leave the job until they hire new people HR only listens to Management not to the employee I have spent almost 5 years of my life here and people who are being hired from outside getting 40% hike but staying here is a crime as per Management they always say you are internal promoted so can't give much salary...Read More
