It was going good working with igt, and then they laid off even those employees who could be fit in some other things or projects and didn’t even inform the employees that they will laid them off.

Dislikes

No job security, no information is given to employees by management. And transport sucks big time.

You get a good exposure provided you are talented enough. Although you might not get paid off what you deserve. Such could build to frustration and dissatisfaction. Its a company to learn and move on.

Dislikes

Less recognition for your good work. Minimal appraisals. Glittery management with vague promises and expectations.
