1. Some of the best projects in the Service based industry
2. One could learn a lot on the project, even if he/she has no knowledge of that particular domain
3. BA Team Lead was very helpful and a gem of a person
4. Fellow BA peers would work collaboratively and not competitively
5. One of the best organizations to work with at one point of time, specifically for Agile methodologies
Dislikes
1. Most of the standard HR policies were non-existent
2. HR would listen to your point form one year and let it go out of the other
3. Several standard processes in SDLC were flouted by certain favorites of top management, which ultimately led to the company's decline
4. CTO was overloaded with work, had he been given more support for work load management, the company would have sustained
