1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. There’s not a single company I know which asks for 10 hours shift. 2. 90% of the seniors including Team Leaders, Managers, Sr. Managers and even fewAVP’s are like they can never be selected anywhere else if they leave! Very bad culture. You are a kind of labour here. You are having only 60 min break here in a 8.30 hrs shift. In that you have to manage your lunch tea break bio break everything. And 1 more interesting thing. If your trainer or manager called you for a training session. That break will also included in your personal break. Means youhave to stretch your shift about 2 more hours.(8.30 hrs + 2 hrs=10.30.hrs. 2nd thing. For managers and above level washroom is available next to yours production room, but for executive who is having load of work and break they have to go around end of the office means for toilet you have to waste another 15 min break. Which is included in your personal break. You are getting hire for inbound customer care service but suddenly you got a promotion of doing hard core sales and even you din't have experience of thta but managers will force you and don't support. Dislikes

Strict 8hrs of login. Even when systems are not available in the office. You'll have to complete 8 login hours whether you're able to login half an hour later due to systems issue or some other issues(not employee's fault). You'll have to extend the shift for the same. And no sick leaves. Work pressure is too much. Food court & toilet distance is too far it'll take 10-15 min to walk up-down at a time....Read More

Here I’m talking about only my process I.e. SBIC , as a company organise every cultural programs but in our process we don’t have any rights to join that . I like only company’s architecture.

While working in my process there so much politics and there is no growth , any one can depressed . And also there worst management. You can not take any sick leave any other leaves . There is no any work life balance .

Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.

Cleaning is good,and any thing break on the floor so cleaning staff clean the all things in min lighting,fan,ac,& medical are good.

Dislikes

Some senior staff not good behaviour with female staff and if female staff doing work accordingly TL so he will promoted ther wi,it's 9 hours for which is not liked any more,food also price also very high, in my process most of the system not working and my tl not doing anything he just always changed my sit.

Worst company in pune which is located in viman nagar wiekfilled, Bulk hiring from hr whenever they required and they remove people whenever they want For whatever silly reasons. 1. This company overload the employee's with extra work which led to staying in office for extra 2-3 hrs on almost every day without any extra overtime pay 2. This company makes fool of employees by not giving the salary as per their skills, 3. Only those people gets promoted here who do buttering to seniors and play as their puppets or those who are knowing each other from previous companies 4. The seniors torchers you by targetting you for everything to spoil your image in office 5. The people or the seniors here will intentionally give you the work that you don't know how to complete and will not teach you about that anything 6. Almost on everyday, they waist time of employees on the name of official meeting which led to waitage of 2+3 hrs on daily basis and later on they question you in open forum and on mails for not completing the work within timeline 7. This company has one of the worst company culture I have ever seen in my career of 14 years as they blindly believe the girls saying and do not use their minds to invest the complete situation 8. In this company it is very easy for girls to put on fake allegations on male colleagues and company will blindly trust girls only and will not use their mide for male person 9. Here the girls work according to their mood and when asked for the reason of not completing their work for even after timeline they openly says to male senior that if you will question us on work I will escalate this to management by saying ki humse gandi gandi baat kar rha tha and apne sath chalne ke liye bol rha tha 10.
