I like the attendance bonus which I believe hardly any other company pays like I Energizer Most important for every employee salary is on time. To be very honest it's very difficult time for everyone. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Basically, If I talk about support through COVID -19 Lockdown from I Energizer I must say yes they are supporting as much as they could. They did sanetize the premises, sanitizer are available at entry gate even you could see at production floor. Also they are supporting emotionally by saying that no worries our job is safe and everything will be normal soon. The Thing which I didn't like about I Energizer at the lockdown situation is about the salary I got to know that I Energizer they are going to pay our salary in full (ONLY BASIC ) for this month on 7th of April and the remaining like attendence bonus for February month , Incentive for February month will get once the process re-open. My question is why not now? We all are not financially strong we people have to plan a budget everything according to our salary. All of a sudden when you get to know this month you won't get the salary which we were getting every month then it's difficult for that particular month and will be short on budget....Read More

Very bad culture. You are a kind of labour here. You are having only 60 min break here in a 8.30 hrs shift. In that you have to manage your lunch tea break bio break everything. And 1 more interesting thing. If your trainer or manager called you for a training session. That break will also included in your personal break. Means youhave to stretch your shift about 2 more hours.(8.30 hrs + 2 hrs=10.30.hrs. 2nd thing. For managers and above level washroom is available next to yours production room, but for executive who is having load of work and break they have to go around end of the office means for toilet you have to waste another 15 min break. Which is included in your personal break. You are getting hire for inbound customer care service but suddenly you got a promotion of doing hard core sales and even you din't have experience of thta but managers will force you and don't support. And says jo ukhadna h ukhad le. Aur b bhot kuch h ek br kuch try krie experience apna.. and 1 more thing hume apne hr ka he ni pta. Puchte h toh bolte h pta ni kon h even senior manager😂.
