I regret to say that my time at this organisation has been quite disappointing. The company culture is fundamentally flawed, characterized by negativity and a lack of support. Instead of fostering collaboration, it often feels like a competitive battleground, where colleagues are more concerned about undermining each other than working together. Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent here. The expectation to be always available leads to burnout and frustration. Taking time off feels like a luxury that you have to justify, rather than a right. This environment makes it nearly impossible to maintain a healthy personal life. The office politics are exhausting. Decisions are often influenced by favoritism rather than merit, creating an atmosphere of distrust and resentment among employees. It’s disheartening to see dedicated efforts go unnoticed while those who excel in playing the political game receive undue recognition. To top it all off, management is largely ineffective. There’s a lack of communication and transparency, which leaves employees feeling undervalued and unheard. Feedback is rarely acted upon, leading to a sense of hopelessness among the team. Overall, I cannot recommend this organisation to anyone looking for a positive work environment.
