Nothing likes is there very worse company and worse management. HRs are they don't respond your resignation also simply they will abscond you.

Note: Night shift allowance they don't provide. 1) Salary will not credit in time every month even they are paying 20th of previous to 20th of current month, they will not pay upto 10th of every month. 2)If you send any resignation email even they don't respond later they will not pay salary and for this they abscond you you need relieving means they will demand money. 3) They don't provide any leaves even you're an IT employee they provide only one day week off no festival leaves even they don't allow you to take leaves. 4)In time you should be on time if you're late they will deduct half day salary out time they don't allow you prior time and you need to work 2 hrs extra daily. 5)The manager jagdish Singh is there while I am working he will provide appraisal for close people only even they should show descrmination. 6) Shift roaster also very unethical if you having shift upto 11 pm even though they give next day 8 o clock shift or 9 o clock they don't even consider you like a human. Totally worse company 😔 no learning opportunities you will spoil your career.

After get increment letter the company complete deny for appraisal. And after leave company they hold my two month salary without any reason and one more thing company HR completely ignore employees when employee want to know about some benefits.

This is small company, job is not secure there. Teammates and managements are good and supportive. If I talk about company policies, so forget this word(policies). They do not believe these types of words. Total waste of time and future. Culture, they don't have extra time and money for any sports or culture activities.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career is very slow. This is worst company which I have seen till now. This company left my hand in this pandemic (COVID-19) time.

...t Delhi location .. Rajesh saxena IT north lead is very helpful and cooperative.And salary comes at the time.And local conveyance is provided but not credits at time always late.

No job timing , you may get call in night or when you were giving time to family or when you may out with the family , and you have to pick call and give support 24*7 .No respect of IT-executives , Restraunt Manager and employees of Burger King doesn't give respect.They doesn't treat like IT-Engineer.They always call them to " IT vala kaha hai ? " " IT vale ko bulao" No respect full language.

Over the course of my employment, I have encountered disrespectful, inappropriate, and abusive language from my immediate manager. The consistent use of mocking and loud tones has contributed to a negative and mentally draining work environment. Additionally, I have observed a prevailing sense of partiality and favoritism. Despite my attempts to address these concerns with my manager through open discussions, there has been no improvement in the situation. In fact, my efforts to express my concerns were met with taunts and disregard.

Dislikes

I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to rectify the issues and create a healthier and more respectful work environment for the benefit of the entire team.
