The organisation is focus on Sales only, it lapses all defined processes and procedures for business. Even Mid level Seniors are not taking their defined role seriously, they are puppet of Business team even they are from compliance and audit team. You can see politics here at large level and Growth possible only when you are Obsequious Persons and follow your seniors blindly without asking them that this is wrong even if you are know that this is wrong in all aspects.

Their is no balance of work life here, The office coming time is 9:15am and leaving time is 5:15pm as per their portal for employees but reality is totally different, You have to come office on time at 9:15m but their is no leaving time.
