Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

Very bad working environment, if you are good in sales and able to bear that much sales pressure then only you should go in retail branches.Even they don't give proper training after joining so you have only option to depend on seniors who will continuously poking you for sales even if you are in cash and your all time spend on operational work,no matter if you do all the operation of branch still you are responsible for the sales target.
