Well there will be monthly target no matter what designation you are at you should complete your target. And if it is on role job , for sales there will be no incentives how much ever you generate the income there is no use of it . What I say you guys is never join banking sectors if you are not interested in sales that to in a on role .

If your performance is poor or due to office politics, you can be transferred on the same day without much notice. However, job security is not at risk. Additionally, while annual bonuses at the upper level are decent, for M1 grade and below, they are not very satisfactory. There is no incentive system at all. No matter how much effort you put in or if you achieve 110% of your business targets, or how loyal you are, it won’t matter. You won’t get a single rupee as an incentive. I have concerns regarding ICICI Bank's compensation and work culture.
