I feel that ICICI bank did not value its employee as I completed my 1 year with ICICI bank and saw many people come and go. But what I have seen is that the reporting manager of that person instead of stopping him motivates him that if he goes from here he will get a good post in another bank.. and in icici bank na some people who are in high positions are related to people with lower positions out of respect. not talking...Read More
