Work culture has become v bad with lot of Pressure for numbers. No respect to employees, increment and salary parity are missing big way. No work life balance and no work satisfaction.

overall horrible place to work, think twice do detailed enquiry about your job role, reporting manager.They hire you for one role and then allocate something completely different. Lot of politics within the teams, management is not aligned with each other. Discussions are lengthy pointless, ad-hoc meetings with no specific or pre-defined agenda.

Adhoc meetings uninfirmed & abrupt changes in work profile, team members Untrained staff No collaboration between the teams

At some stage without IIT IIM tag or without a godfather as one among 100 parameters can pull you down and can pull you up

Dislikes

There is a big lobby among different communities where one among 100 equals has to go up the ladder at a particular stage and people with humble background without godfather or iit or iim have no chance
