Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. Dislikes

Work culture has become v bad with lot of Pressure for numbers. No respect to employees, increment and salary parity are missing big way. No work life balance and no work satisfaction.

overall horrible place to work, think twice do detailed enquiry about your job role, reporting manager.They hire you for one role and then allocate something completely different. Lot of politics within the teams, management is not aligned with each other. Discussions are lengthy pointless, ad-hoc meetings with no specific or pre-defined agenda.

Dislikes

Adhoc meetings uninfirmed & abrupt changes in work profile, team members Untrained staff No collaboration between the teams
