Likes

The ice castle is provide good food for our customers. Team members are really good and supportive.career growth is not here and no any benefits like PF, or any other facilities. The Boss is really good, he always provides salary on time to the all employees.

Dislikes

It is small restaurant for 50 guests. No career growth and any benefits .only salary . they provide salary in cash. No any proof to show for future.

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
