For my process it was kind of relaxed. No manger in site so less pressure. Very less data has to be shared on daily basis. No work pressure is the high light but all depends upon the process

No job security. I have seen people thrown out of the company without proper reasons. Promotions after 1st level that is TL,QA, is very limited.

Higher management have words with cost cutting every time and don't give the salary on time Not recommended for joining there if you want enhance growth and salary part also
