They assigned me the responsibility pretty early. My real growth started from that point. Manager was there to support and build confidence in me. Today, I am handling a team. Even I cannot believe it. With the freedom given, I have initiated certain processes within my team. It was necessary I felt, and had discussed the same with the leadership. They gave the go ahead. Have completed 5 years of service over here. Gained a lot along the way. Working with the top leadership on a regular basis has been a privilege. Never felt restricted due to the desired freedom provided. My managerial tenure has also been an enriching experience with lots of learning. This company is the right place for both newcomers and experienced ones. Here, work performance is given importance.
