I have many dislikes for the iBrandtech, most hopeless company, worst management. HR don't have manners no one is bother for their employees, all the positive reviews was given by them only don't trust this company please stay away

The work culture here is amazing, with supportive managers and team leaders. I couldn't ask for more. I appreciate everyone's support and want to thank them all. I have no complaints and feel lucky to be in such a positive and motivating work environment.

So far, my experience has been positive, and I haven't faced any major issues or challenges in this workplace.

Bonding is strong within our team. There is support and care for each other. We believe in collective work as productivity is more. Leadership has maintained a nice culture, and we feel attachment. Tasks and endeavours we work on do value addition to our skills. You have to do self-learning which I feel is good in a way.

You can work by utilizing the flexi-time benefit. Working remotely or from your home is allowed. They make it a point to keep the employees engaged through different initiatives. I have experienced work-life balance till now. No issues on that front. Employees are equally involved in the endeavors.

Work priorities might change on a dynamic basis. Be prepared for that.

It helps a lot while performing as a sales executive. This right kind of energy motivates and creates healthy competition among us. Sufficient time is given for the targets. TL helps by giving tips on pitching. Sharing and caring is there among the colleagues. Things are properly channelized and directed, which helps while working.

As a DM executive, I get to utilize the latest techniques while working on client based assignment. Our manager encourages the use of these. Focus is on finding smart ways rather than going by the set processes each time. Able to explore my innovation side. Part of an effort taking team. Nice!

Leadership and the employees function in a collaborative environment over here. Growth factor is the plus point of this organization. Nature of work and responsibilities are such that they keep the learning aspect intact. There is mutual respect at various levels. Overall good facilities and benefits.

There is every chance that you would get the chance of handling clients over here. This role would allow you to develop your analysis skills, decision making ability, & verbal and non-verbal communication. It has happened with me. Good organization that offers quite a bit.
