good chairs and laptop. provide free cofee 3 times a day. manager will keep watch on every second of yours. cannot left 12 hours war room sessions

Hell for contractors. worst for others. company has pure micromanagement where you cannot even take half an hour break for lunch. you have to be in war room sessions whole day till everyone completes their task. they calls you even at your personal phone to work on saturday and sunday. for taking single sick leave you have to explain all in detail. Getlife client is the worst. people are harrased everyday. you can judge this by their dark circles on every employee. i will never join again even i get 1 crore package....Read More

No more flexibilty present at IBM now a days not granting any WFH options which they earlier used to provide we should not join in prudential account , per quarter we need to take 3 leaves that too need to planned 3 months earlier ,no sickleaves if we take also we need to cancel our upcoming planned leave even for self marriage alsonot providing even one week leave more than client work we need to sit more hours to complete IBM work , 2 certifications per year, internal trainings ,badges ,reskill programs...Read More
