IBM is a good company to work with only problem i faced regarding employee value is zero in IBM and it is manager based company where employee should also rate their manager based on certain parameters. When a employee work for his organization with full dedication , organization should make then feel like family take care of employee , because employee is also one asset for organization if they are good and healthy they can work more which is directly proportion to company productivity. Increment is part for which every employee work for whole year , that should be taken care... Leave is also a major part where HR should check why employee is not able to avail his or her leaves. As a part of motivation there should be employee recognized by some gift. I personally feel each employ is different from other and has unique quality for which organization is holding them. My suggestion is work more on employee , product , application and service, client satisfaction , innovation , will come up automatically....Read More
