Good company if you are in a good project. But if you get stuck somewhere with a miserable leadership and manager you will hate your time and won't ever get a promotion or good hike despite of working.

Dislikes

No transparent process for promotion and hike. You go around in circles and they will always give you a nice excuse of not promoting which will not be your performance.. There is always criterias and some shit training or something you might be missing which was never on your checkpoint goal as well that will stop your promotion!

-Poor management -No work Life balance -Every time Management goes against IBM policies, they expect you to do overtime on regular basis and mandatory weekend working, if you standup for yourself they will humiliate you and move you to another process and same thing happens there as well.
