it is great to work in IBM especially for women. IBM offeres work from home and wok life balance is really good. project manager never ask to work overttime.team is very supportivr.

Same as work in any Government office, But a better one.

After 5/5 in all Goals and Dimensions Hike came like corporation water; after 2 years and very less. When you divide that by year you will realise that you got around like people who underperforming. I started feeling like why should I put an effort ? It is only about IBM India, But globally it is doing better.

I came from startup culture so a feel it like nobody works here and co-workers are like cave men who don't know anything. I have a moment when you show decade old git flow strategy they say was like 'wow you are so brilliant' lol.
