IBM is a great company in terms of innovation as can be seen from its patent leadership from past 26 years

Work Details

I primarily worked as a storage engineer. But also use to involve in innovative activities like patents etc. So I am happy to get chance to collaborate with research scientists

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
