Work environment is good. They give training before hire , depends on the demand of skill they have with the clients. And if you intend to cross skill yourself, then this is good. All depends on the project you get and the luck.

if you are working as contractor, better keep looking job our side, because of the project rolls off you are out of the company , keep that in mind. Also vendor company eats half of your money by simply sitting. And these HR are more cooperative with vendor, they might have financial understanding i guess.

i ws in as SQL DBA , due to no vacant for SQL, they put me in UNIX admin, after 6 months the project rolled off, and now i forgot the SQL and know very basic of UNIX, and my exp is 4 years at that time, think how you will move further
