If you are working in the Support Domain. Your managers are going to mentally harass you if you are getting any other opportunity within IBM but a different Domain. I have been threatened as well that they can hold me longer if I am going to follow up on the Release date for my new role. If a Second Line Manager talks like this, Then it means that there has to be a Employee Forum to address your issue, which is obviously not present in IBM....Read More

Initially I was placed in banglore but it seems northees will never fit there.. people use to talk in their native language. Upon asking what was being discussed nothing was answered. Shifted to gurgaon via internal movement.. here the manager's behaviour is like a pampered kid. If he doesn't get what is required he will start misbehaving with the team.
