Most managers try to enforce a work life balance. Company culture has been good to a large extent. Few exceptions are there everywhere. Learning opportunities are good via learning portals and on job too. Teammates have been friendly and supportive.

The appraisal and promotion process needs a lot of improvement. Managers create a lot of fuss during promotions. The opportunities decrease to a large extent even at mid-senior level.

Work depends on the project. First project was good and easy going. Next few were quite hectic. Current project is kinda boring. The plus point is there has been learning in each of them.

IBM is a very nice company to work with. If you get a good project and a good team, unless or until you think you need to leave organization. It always depends upon the PM whom we are working under. If the PM is good and if we are getting some good onsite change we can here for many years.
