The work life balance depends on the manager and work that you are assigned to.

Dislikes

There are no promotions until 3 of employment. For that again you need some industry training. After which managers will send your reference for promotion which again on account basis which can take time of a month, quarter or even a year.

Great, innovation driven culture. Lots of opportunities for learning. Great ambience to work and motivating managers.

Dislikes

Uncertainty over job. Poor promotion culture where some of the associates get promoted easily and for others it is tough as anything. The perks too are being given that way only.

Favoritism is based on location. If you work with Kolkata people, they will just make use of you. They will exclusively focus on negative thoughts with you at the end of the year. Technical skills should be the basis of the rating score, not employee based location. There is no team bonding as no one following the same day or atleast they should have 5 days compulsory in every month for one team, which will make them to know who all are there in the team.
