Not enough recognition methods. Could improve that aspect. Though everything is arranged according to a process, there still is a lot of hierarchical situations inside. Even working for 5 years with IBM, people are not recognised or given some band hike. That is the least thing an employee expects. However, recognition is not done accordingly which boosts employee's loyalty and their dedication. Give a pat for those who contribute. Please don't discriminate.
