Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ? I liked the company culture till 2012, when people used to listen to you and cared for you. Bosses were interested about your career growth. There was minimal micro msnagement. No one forced you to take up assigments outside your base location.

Dislikes

Things took a bad turn from 2013. The boss was the worst one can think about. From 2016, the company started shedding off people. Suddenly even decent performers started worrying about their job security. On the whole, an atmosphere of distrust and insecurity prevailed.

It was exciting till 2012 when I was in delivery roles. Thereafter I was in a competency role, which was not my cup of tea.
