I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.

I didn't find it good for talented people, no respect for your skill, only politics and the project which I got has terrible work life balance and no good hikes. No respect for individuals.

Dislikes

No job security, there is no bench, you need to find the project by yourself and for that you will be asked to change your current skill or relocate to other city.

Only thing in IBM is work from home facility is helpful rest all nothing special.

Dislikes

Entire year work work always 100% utilisation for each quarter no fun and team engagement nor outing nor annual celebration nor family day fun. Employees leaves always gets elapsed can't utilize annual paid leaves forever.

My work is hectic as resources are less skilled stagged in IBM long term lazy non competitive. Note this applies only to Indian employees.
