From past few years, They are blindly maintaining only attendance, without thinking its impact. Anyone is coming on any day. There is no team bonding as no one following the same day or atleast they should have 5 days compulsory in every month for one team, which will make them to know who all are there in the team. Their work life balance is really good but their core work is not up to mark . So I will suggest look for different companies if you want to grow your learnings and career . The options for learning different tech through courses are available but the core work is not up to mark so you are hoping to learn through work is not available

Company is very good but people are bad. Supervisor along with other employee Bully. when made complaint nothing happens. Dont let you do job and dont follow hr policy. I was tslked very rudely by female supervisor and males bullied me by doing gestures. IF any thing happens like , do not hesitate to go to police.

Good for junior bands less than 8

Dislikes

Gets very risky for senior people of band 8 and above . Senior people are not easily allowed into billable projects which can lead to process called UTE PIP , PIP for chargeable utilisation.

Everything is good if you have good people manager and project manager then. If you resigned IBM they will give you low performance. And in final settlement you will not get your GDP, performance bonus any extra amount. You will get only leave encashment that's it. Thank you

-Poor management -No work Life balance -Every time Management goes against IBM policies, they expect you to do overtime on regular basis and mandatory weekend working, if you standup for yourself they will humiliate you and move you to another process and same thing happens there as well.
