From past few years, They are blindly maintaining only attendance, without thinking its impact. Anyone is coming on any day. There is no team bonding as no one following the same day or atleast they should have 5 days compulsory in every month for one team, which will make them to know who all are there in the team. Promotion period is minimum 2 years. But it depends on your manager. Managers do coast cutting, due to this promotion delay. Hr is not available so we can say anything about any thing to hr. Manager is everything. You have to follow manager instructions whatever he want to do. Culture is bad due to manager depends.
