1) Too much dependency on Processes without validating data. 2) Lot of decision taken depending on data which are fudged. Data quality within the system is poor. 3) Most People Managers do not understand People Management or their voices are lost in processes. 4) Lot of redundant positions in the system which should be removed and merged.
